E2C Remediation <br /> Environmental Engineering, <br /> Consulting and Remediation, Inc. <br /> December 13, 2007 <br /> San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department <br /> 600 East Main Street <br /> Stockton, CA 95202-3029 DEC' 2 1 2007 <br /> Subject: Well Permit Application ENVIRONMENT HEALTH <br /> Former Busy Bee Cleaners PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> 40 North Main Street, Lodi, California <br /> Dear Sir or Madame: <br /> E2C Remediation (E2C) received direction from the Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (RWQCB) (see attached RWQCB letter) and the City of Lodi to install one (1) additional <br /> monitoring well (proposed DW-4BB) to monitor the deeper water bearing zone in the <br /> downgradient area. As such, E2C prepared a Proposed Well Sampling Program and Proposed <br /> Additional Deep Groundwater Monitoring Well workplan, dated March 22, 2007 (attached). Deep <br /> groundwater monitoring well DW-4BB will be located in close proximity to the existing MW-6BB, <br /> which is located in the right-of-way on East Walnut Street, west of South Main Street. <br /> DW-4BB will be installed using a truck mounted, hollow stem auger drill rig. The well will be <br /> constructed as presented in Figure 2, attached.
