The scope of the review is to <br /> ascertain whether the comments provided by HERD on December 13, 2002 were <br /> adequately addressed. <br /> Background <br /> HERD reviewed and provided comments on the Workplan Addendum that discussed the <br /> technical approach for collecting additional indoor and ambient air data at the above- <br /> mentioned site. HERD's comments pertained to the assumptions that were applied in <br /> evaluating the potential risk associated with the chemical concentrations that were <br /> initially detected. HERD also indicated that a wind rose should be presented in order to <br /> determine the appropriateness of the ambient air sample locations.
