Accuracy is verified through the following: <br /> 1. U.S. EPA and State certification of results; <br /> 2. Participation in inter-laboratory round robin program; <br /> 3. "Blind" samples are submitted for analysis by the quality control officer on a <br /> weekly basis; these are prepared from National Bureau of Standards <br /> specifications of EPA reference standards; <br /> 4. Verification of results with an alternative method. <br /> 7.0 SITE SAFETY PLAN <br /> Appendix A contains a Site Safety Plan, which complies with Worker Right to Know Regulations <br /> and CCR Title 2. <br /> 8.0 LIMITATIONS AND REPORT CERTIFICATION <br /> E2C has prepared this Workplan in accordance with generally accepted standards of care <br /> existing in California at this time. It should be recognized that definition and evaluation of <br /> geologic conditions is a difficult and inexact science.
