The owner shall execute the necessary documents and agreements to provide for the <br /> abandonment of service and the removal of irrigation structures for those parcels which will <br /> not continue to receive irrigation water.All private irrigation facility supply lines which may <br /> exist will need to be properly plugged to assure that there will be no potential for flooding. <br /> With regards to the "re-parceling", it should be noted that it is the responsibility of the <br /> individuals involved and not the District to provide for private irrigation facilities and <br /> easements,should it be determined that a need exists for irrigation service to the new parcels. <br /> 2. If irrigation service is to continue to these parcels or adjacent parcels, the owner shall <br /> conform to the following requirements: <br /> a. Dedicate a private irrigation easement to the benefit of all parcels which do not have an <br /> easement for access to water and show said easement on map. <br /> b. Obtain a structure permit for new service structure connections to District facilities which <br /> are necessary to provide service to the new parcels. <br /> c.
