Notwithstanding <br /> anything to the contrary provided in this Lease, Owner shall have <br /> the right to use that portion ( "Excluded Property" ) of the <br /> Property described in Exhibit "B" attached to this Lease and <br /> incorporated into this Lease by reference as a storage area; <br /> provided, however, that Owner' s use of the Excluded Property does <br /> not in any manner interfere with Lessee' s operations on the <br /> Property. <br /> 2 . Continaencv. Owner and Lessee acknowledge that <br /> the shareholders of Lessee have entered into negotiations with <br /> INSPIRATION RESOURCES CORPORATION, a Maryland corporation <br /> ( " IRC" ) , to sell all of the outstanding shares of capital stock <br /> ( "Lessee ' s Stock" ) of Lessee to IRC . Notwithstanding any other <br /> provision of this Lease, if IRC does not purchase Lessee' s stock <br /> by November 1 , 1990 , then this Lease shall be null and void and <br /> of no force and effect and neither party shall have any further <br /> obligations under this Lease . If IRC does purchase Lessee' s <br /> Stock by November 1 , 1990 , then the Property shall be leased by <br /> Owner to Lessee commencing as of the date of this Lease as <br /> provided in this Lease . <br /> A. Sale of Mobile Home.
