<br /> CYNTHIA DARBY , as Lessors , and STOCKTON SAND & GRAVEL, INC . , as
<br /> Assignor, and LINDEN SAND & GRAVEL, INC. , as Assignee, were
<br /> parties to an Agreement for Modification of Lease and Assignment
<br /> ,of Lease as Modified and Consent to Assignment dated February 28 ,
<br /> 1985, affecting the Property.
<br /> C. ROSS PURVIANCE, SR. , ROSS PURVIANCE, JR. , and
<br /> CYNTHIA DARBY , as Lessors, and LINDEN SAND & GRAVEL, as Assignor,
<br /> and LINDEN AGGREGATES, INC. , as Assignee, were parties to an
<br /> Assignment of Lease and Modification thereof and Consent to
<br /> AssignmdA dated July 16 , 1986 , affecting the Property.
