(C/O CONDOR MINERALS MANAGEMENT) <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> The environmental review for this project has not been completed. <br /> The Initial Study will be completed on May 31, 1991 and the <br /> applicant will be advised if and EIR is required or not. The <br /> Planning Commission date will be scheduled after the environmental <br /> review has been completed. Tentative Conditions of Approval are <br /> listed below. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to excavation in the expanded excavation area. <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENTS SERVICES DIVISION: <br /> a. This permit shall expire no later that 23 years from the <br /> date of approval. All proposed excavation and <br /> rehabilitation shall be completed prior to the expiration <br /> of this permit in accordance with the application and <br /> reclamation plan. <br /> b. "Plant operations shall not be carried on during the <br /> hours from nine (9) p.m. to five (5) a.m, accept during <br /> periods of declared national, state or county <br /> emergency" . (Section 9-2244 (f) ) <br /> c. If the groundwater table is intersected during quarrying <br /> operations, those operations shall be halted and the <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board and the Development <br /> Services Division shall be notified. <br />
