A fifty (50) foot setback from the vernal pools shall be <br /> required. <br /> f. The maximum daily truck trips shall be 100 with an <br /> average of 80 truck trips a day. <br /> g. The applicant shall provide a vegetative screen, that <br /> will block the view of passing motorists, adjacent to <br /> Waverly Road. The screen shall begin at the south <br /> property line and end 300 feet south of the existing <br /> access driveway to the plant. (Section 9-2244 (0) ) <br /> h. "No stockpiled soil or material shall be placed closer <br /> than Twenty-five (25) feet to a property boundary. . " <br /> (Section 9-2244 (b) ) <br /> i. "All private roads involved in an excavation shall be <br /> maintained so as to control the creation of dust. The <br /> first one hundred (100) feet of any private road on the <br /> property which intersects with a publicly maintained road <br /> shall be surfaced in a manner approved by the agency <br /> responsible for the maintenance of the public road. "Any night lighting established on the property shall be <br /> arranged and controlled so as not to illuminate public <br /> rights-of-way or adjacent properties. " (T)he topsoil shall be set aside and upon completion of <br /> an excavation, the topsoil shall be replaced and the site <br /> leveled in conformance with the excavation permit. "The applicant shall pay a fee to the County of San <br /> Joaquin to cover the cost of periodic inspection of the <br /> excavation to assure compliance with the provisions of <br /> the Permit.
