A Department of the Army Permit is required
prior to discharging dredged or fill material into waters of the
United States. Accordingly, any fill placed into drainages,
wetlands, or vernal pools on the Waverly Road sit&, will require a
permit. The map which accompanied the application did not have
sufficient information regarding the location, size, and
boundaries of the existing wetlands, or the need for fill for road
crossings at drainages, to make an accurate determination as to
the need of permit. The type of permit required will depend
substantially adverselytmodifiedof rbywfill hich would activities. or
Please refer to identification number 199100475 in any
future correspondence concerning this project.
