Rose and Bear <br /> Creek Vineyards Inc . property, MS-98-37 , to divide the existing <br /> parcels into five ( 5) parcels . Parcel Nos . 1 and 3 , 80 acres and 40 <br /> acres , respectively, abut the westerly boundary of Clements Road. <br /> Parcel No . 2 , 40 acres , also is to the west of Clements Road and <br /> situate in the western interior of the subject property immediately <br /> to the west and abutting Parcel No . 3 in the southwest corner of <br /> the subject property. Parcel Nos . 4 and 5 , 40 acres and 120 acres <br /> respectively, abut the easterly boundary of Clements Road and all <br /> five parcels are depicted on the attached "Tentative Parcel Map" . <br /> Submitted for your review and consideration are the results of <br /> the percolation tests attempted and completed on the Robert E. Rose <br /> and Bear Creek vineyards Inc . property located at 16750 and 16751 <br /> Clements Road, Lodi , California 95240 . <br /> Existingr Septic Systems : Existing San Joaquin County records were <br /> reviewed for the subject property as well as the area in the <br /> immediate vicinity of the subject property. <br /> Only one permit was found within the boundaries covered in <br /> this soil suitability study report and it was for installing a well <br /> and did not involve any septic system. <br /> Six ( 6 ) septic system permits were studied and all the systems <br /> reviewed were installed between February 2 , 1989 and November 28 , <br /> 1990 . <br /> Four (4) permits were for new septic installations utilizing <br /> a combination of forty feet long leach lines with 33" to 48" <br /> diameter and twenty-five ( 25) feet deep seepage pits at their ends . <br /> Two ( 2 ) permits were for new installations utilizing a <br /> combination of twenty-five feet long leach lines with sumps at <br /> their ends , ten ( 10) feet in depth. <br /> Two ( 2 ) of the six ( 6 ) permits studied listed the soil type as <br /> hardpan . One ( 1 ) of the six permits studied listed the soil type as <br /> clay. Another one ( 1 ) listed the soil type as loam. The remaining <br /> two ( 2 ) permits studied did not list a soil type . <br /> The attached sheet entitled "San Joaquin Co .
