" and is shown on their attached two (2) <br /> letters , both dated December 15 , 1998 . <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : Due to five ( 5) , Shallow Percolation Test Holes , <br /> SP2A and SP213 , SP3A and SP3B , and SP4A, on Parcel Nos . 2 , s , and 4 <br /> respectively, failing to meet to meet the San Joaquin County Health <br /> Service , Environmental Health Division requirement of a percolation <br /> rate no greater than 60 minutes per inch, in preliminary non- <br /> standard short-length 3-foot deep percolation tests , the use of <br /> subsurface horizontal leach fields solely is not recommended on any <br /> of the five parcels . <br /> Discharging effluent into a 12 , 000 square feet minimum usable <br /> disposal area in combination with subsurface horizontal leach lines <br /> into seepage pits at a maximum depth of twenty-five feet below the <br /> ground surface is recommended for Parcel Nos . 1 , 2 , and 3 . Engineer <br /> designed systems are recommended for Parcel Nos . 4 and 5 . <br /> Walter E.
