Hamatini property (APN: 171-180-31 ) , to create a ten ( 10) lot , 2 .4 acres , residential subdivision on the south side of East Thirteenth Street , West of "B" Street , at the west end of East Thirteenth Street , Stockton, California as depicted on the attached "Site Plan" . Submitted for your review and consideration are the results of a study conducted to ascertain if there are any surface or subsurface contamination sources on the above described project site and the measures needed to mitigate any threat to the environment and 'human health. This submittal is made pursuant to Chapter 9-905 , Section 90905 . 12 of the Development Title of San Joaquin County, San Joaquin County Public Health Services , Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) . Site Description: The project site is in an urban development area and presently has no developments on it . it is situate on the south side of East Thirteenth Street about 530 feet west of "B" Street at the end of the paved East Thirteenth Street . The property is fenced along its south and west boundary lines . The north boundary line is only partially fenced. The only fencing on the north boundary line is at its west end. No fencing exists along the east boundary. The easterly limit of the project site is about 189 feet east of the end of the East Thirteenth Street paving. The west boundary is at the not yet extended Bieghle Street to the south. The north boundary is the south side of East Thirteenth Street and its southerly limit is located 165 feet to the south. The property along the north side of East Thirteenth Street at the west end of the project site is presently undeveloped for a distance of about 450 feet . The rest of the properties on the north side of East Thirteenth Street to the west to "B" Street have homes on them. There are a total of ten 00) homes on the north side of East Thirteenth Street . There are four (4) established homesites on the south side of East Thirteenth Street to the east from "B" and then four houses presently unoccupied which the Prudential Insurance Company is concerned with according to some posted signs George & Gale S .
