Curtis <br /> Civil Engineer <br /> C.E. # 11584 <br /> 418 Matthew Plaza <br /> Lodi , California 95240 <br /> Phone: ( 209) 368-4159 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Service <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> Subject : Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report for the George <br /> and Gale S . Hamatini property (APN: 171-180-31 ) , to create a ten <br /> ( 10) lot , 2 .4 acres , residential subdivision on the south side of <br /> East Thirteenth Street , West of "B" Street , at the west end of East <br /> Thirteenth Street , Stockton, California as depicted on the attached <br /> "Site Plan" . <br /> Submitted for your review and consideration are the results of <br /> a study conducted to ascertain if there are any surface or <br /> subsurface contamination sources on the above described project <br /> site and the measures needed to mitigate any threat to the <br /> environment and 'human health. This submittal is made pursuant to <br /> Chapter 9-905 , Section 90905 . 12 of the Development Title of San <br /> Joaquin County, San Joaquin County Public Health Services , <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) . <br /> Site Description: The project site is in an urban development area <br /> and presently has no developments on it . it is situate on the south <br /> side of East Thirteenth Street about 530 feet west of "B" Street at <br /> the end of the paved East Thirteenth Street . The property is fenced <br /> along its south and west boundary lines . The north boundary line is <br /> only partially fenced. The only fencing on the north boundary line <br /> is at its west end. No fencing exists along the east boundary. The <br /> easterly limit of the project site is about 189 feet east of the <br /> end of the East Thirteenth Street paving. The west boundary is at <br /> the not yet extended Bieghle Street to the south. The north <br /> boundary is the south side of East Thirteenth Street and its <br /> southerly limit is located 165 feet to the south. <br /> The property along the north side of East Thirteenth Street at <br /> the west end of the project site is presently undeveloped for a <br /> distance of about 450 feet . The rest of the properties on the north <br /> side of East Thirteenth Street to the west to "B" Street have homes <br /> on them. There are a total of ten 00) homes on the north side of <br /> East Thirteenth Street . There are four (4) established homesites on <br /> the south side of East Thirteenth Street to the east from "B" and <br /> then four houses presently unoccupied which the Prudential <br /> Insurance Company is concerned with according to some posted signs <br /> George & Gale S . Hamatini East Thirteenth Street , Stockton 2 <br />
