The first clump consists of two trees next to each other located on the south side of East Thirteenth Street at the end of the East Thirteenth Street paving. The other clump of two or more trees next to each other is also located on the south side of East Thirteenth Street about 230 feet west of the first clump. Property Past And Current Uses : The project site is presently undeveloped and owned by George and Gale S . Hamatini . Since 1995 up to the present , Martin Dominguez and Damaiana Ruano , Teresa Dominguez , and Help-L-Build Construction Inc. have had varying interests in this subject property and Mr . Amando Munez , who is intimately acquainted with the history of this property, affirmed in a telephone conversation that none of the above parties ever developed the property and only devoted the land to agricultural pursuits .
