There is <br /> no discoloration of the ground or other indication of any oil <br /> spillage onto the ground from these oil containers . <br /> There is also a portion of a vehicle drive shaft and a partial <br /> drive shaft housing, as well as , part of a car or pickup body and <br /> some empty cement bags situate near the east end of the planned <br /> subdivision. <br /> Also about in the middle of the planned subdivision, an <br /> abandoned piece of furniture was evident by the presence of some <br /> metal springs and some foam padding. <br /> At the south boundary opposite the end of the paved East <br /> Thirteenth Street , there are some wood posts and planks , some <br /> evidencing burning and some not . There was no piping or concrete <br /> present to indicate any kind of significant or major structure <br /> having been erected. <br /> The San Joaquin County Public Health Services , Environmental <br /> Health Department ' s septic system records were reviewed and only <br /> two installations were found on East Thirteenth Street and both <br /> were not close to the project site . <br /> Mitigation Measures : The abandoned paint containers and the ground <br /> cover containing the spilled paint , the refrigerator and any and <br /> all the capped motor oil plastic quart bottles in the storage bin <br /> or laying on the ground along the northerly subdivision boundary <br /> should be removed immediately and deposited at an approved toxic <br /> waste site . <br /> The found drive shaft parts , car or pickup body, empty cement <br /> bags , abandoned furniture remains , and the burned and unburned <br /> posts and planks are not considered to be sources of contamination <br /> or a threat to the environment or human health. <br /> ?���J <br /> Walter E.
