The project shall be served by the Morrison Gardens Sanitary Sewer <br /> System. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> 9 . The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to <br /> the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division and the Department of Public Works. <br /> A "Will Serve" letter from the California Water Service Company for <br /> water service shall be required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) <br /> 10 . This development is subject to reapportionment under the <br /> San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency Assessment District <br /> No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project) . An application <br /> requesting the reapportionment of the unpaid portion of the <br /> assessment, along with payment of the reapportionment fee, shall be <br /> provided prior to recording the Parcel Map. <br /> 11 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145 . 5) <br /> 12 . Water and sanitary sewer services shall be installed for each <br /> individual parcel in conformance with the Improvement Standards and <br /> Specifications of the County of San Joaquin or Cal Water. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-910.2) <br /> 13 . If improvements referred to above are not completed prior to the <br /> filing of the Parcel Map, the subdivider shall bond for the estimated <br /> amount to construct the improvements with the County of San Joaquin. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1100.3) <br /> 14 . Annexation to Community Facilities District 90-1 through the City of <br /> Stockton shall be required prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> 15 . Prior to the issuance of each building permit within the proposed <br /> development, a "Sewer Service Applicaion Outside City Limits" shall <br /> be processed for each lot and shall be noticed by a statement on the <br /> Parcel Mao. <br /> 16 .
