This permit shall expire five years from the date of <br /> approval . <br /> 2 . All proposed excavation and rehabilitation shall be completed <br /> prior to expiration of this permit in accordance with the <br /> revised Excavation and Rehabilitation Schedule submitted on <br /> October 28 , 1981 . <br /> 3 . Standard Excavation Conditions: The Hours of Operation sec- <br /> tion is modified to read: Excavation of approved areas <br /> within 1 , 320 feet of the westerly property line shall be bet- <br /> ween the hours of 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. , Monday through <br /> Friday. Excavation and processing of excavated materials <br /> 1 , 320 feet easterly of the westerly property line may be con- <br /> ducted between 5 : 00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. , Monday through <br /> Saturday. <br /> 4. The existing uncompleted processing structure shall be preci- <br /> sely located on a revised site plan, and all other processing <br /> equipment shall be located easterly of said structure . <br /> 5 . All stockpiling of soil , sand, gravel, or rock and the <br /> storage of salvageable or usable equipment or material shall <br /> be not less than 1 , 320 feet easterly of the westerly property <br /> line. No such salvageable or usable equipment or material <br /> shall be visible from the westerly property line or Waverly <br /> Road. All equipment and material which is not salvageable or <br /> usable shall be removed from the premises. <br /> 6 . Interior truck traffic, excavation, and processing operations <br /> shall not cause the exterior noise level at the westerly pro- <br /> perty line to exceed 65 decibels dBA. <br /> 7 . Standard Quarry Excavations Conditions. <br /> 8 . No sand or loam or other materials to be used to implement <br /> rehabilitation is to leave the project site. <br /> 9 . A Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of $50 , 000.00 shall <br /> be filed by the applicant with the County prior to commen- <br /> cement of Phase I of the excavation. A $50,000.00 bond shall <br /> be filed with the County prior to the mid-life of Phase II . <br /> Phase III shall not commence until Phase I Rehabilitation is <br />
