EP-81-9 OF ROSS <br /> PURVIANCE (C/O STOCKTON SAND & GRAVEL, INC. ) , for property <br /> located on the east side of Waverly Road, approximately one-half <br /> mile south of Shelton Road,—e— --f- -in o Lin en. <br /> I <br /> Planner Daryle Mitchell explained that the Planning Commission <br /> referred this item to the Board of Supervisors on December 20, <br /> 1984 with a recommendation of conditional approval. Counsel <br /> determined that it was not necessary to have this hearing by the <br /> Board and the item is now back to the Commission for a final <br /> action. <br /> Mr. Mitchell introduced a staff report into the record with a <br /> recommendation that condition #9 be reworded to read as follows: <br /> I' <br /> 9 . Standard Quarry Excavation Development Requirement Section <br /> 9-2244 (u) , Guarantee of Performance, shall be adhered to <br /> within 60 days . <br /> PUBLIC HEARING OPENED <br /> PROPONENTS: Sharon Bianchini , representing Stockton Sand and <br /> Gravel, was present and concurred with the staff report and the <br /> rewording of condition #9 . She said she is working with Public <br /> Works concerning the cost of the bond. <br /> OPPONENTS: None <br /> PUBLIC HEARING CLOSED <br /> MOTION: Moved, seconded (Gillispie-Giambruno ) and carried by a <br /> unanimous roll call vote to adopt a Negative Declaration and <br /> approve the request based on staff report findings and subject <br /> to conditions of approval adopted on May 6, 1982, with the modi- <br /> fications of and additions to the conditions of approval as shown <br /> on the staff report dated January 17 , 1985 , with the change in j <br /> condition #9 as noted above. <br />
