EP-81-9 OF ROSS <br /> PURVIANCE (C/O STOCKTON SAND AND GRAVEL, INC . ) , <br /> LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF WAVERLY ROAD, ONE-HALF MILE <br /> SOUTH OF SHELTON ROAD, EAST OF LINDEN <br /> Application No. : EP-81-9 <br /> Applicant Ross Purviance <br /> ---------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Adopt the Negative Declaration. <br /> Approve the project based on the staff report findings and sub- <br /> ject to the conditions of approval adopted on May 6, 1982 , with <br /> the following modifications of and additions to the conditions of <br /> approval: <br /> Conditions: <br /> 1 . This permit shall expire no later than fifteen years from <br /> the date of conditional approval . <br /> 2 . All proposed excavation and rehabilitation shall be <br /> completed prior to expiration of this permit in accordance <br /> with the revised Excavation and Rehabilitation Schedule, <br /> dated December 11 , 1984, submitted as part of the proposed <br /> modification. <br /> 3 . Standard Excavation Conditions: The Hours of Operation <br /> section is modified to read: Excavation of approved areas <br /> within the 1320 ' setback line shown on the site plan shall <br /> be between the hours of 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. , Monday <br /> through Friday. Excavation and processing of excavated <br /> materials outside the 1320 ' setback line shown on the site <br /> plan may be conducted between 5 :00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. , <br /> Monday through Saturday. <br /> 4 .
