The Standard Quarry Excavation Development requirements of <br /> Section 9-2244 of the Planning Title are applicable . <br /> 9. Within 60 days of project approval , the applicant shall <br /> submit a performance guarantee according to the schedule <br /> developed by the Planning Division, with the amount of the <br /> guarantee to be determined by the Public Works Department . <br /> The performance guarantee shall be callable at all times <br /> during the project , either in whole or in part , upon <br /> request by the County. The guarantee shall specify its <br /> applicability to both excavation and rehabilitation work <br /> and to any other work that may be required as a condition <br /> of this permit . <br /> 24 . Local Health District : <br /> a. No excavation may be permitted into the ground water <br /> table without approval from the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board, Central Valley Region. <br /> b. The materials from an excavation shall not be deposited <br /> into any water course nor in any way contribute to the <br /> pollution thereof . <br /> c. Provide an approved potable water supply for all <br /> employees. <br /> d. Approved chemical toilets shall be provided for all <br /> employees . Toilets must be maintained in a clean and <br /> sanitary manner. <br /> e. Handwashing facilities must be provided on or near the <br /> approved chemical toilets. <br /> f . Backfill below new well pedestal . <br /> g. Destroy improperly abandoned well on the west side of <br /> the property, under permit of the San Joaquin Local <br /> Health District . <br /> h. Proposed gold mining operation must meet the require- <br /> ments of the Regional Water Quality Control Board and <br /> State Department of Health Services, Toxic Substances <br /> Control Division. <br />
