Development Committee -4- <br /> 9- LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the <br /> following: <br /> (1) Lighting of park interiors shall be provided as necessary <br /> for the safety or security of park users. Lighting shall <br /> be installed so as not to cast glare onto adjoining <br /> roads, or properties. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1040. 5 [c] ) <br /> h. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with <br /> the following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas <br /> shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base <br /> material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or <br /> Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust free <br /> surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary <br /> to protect adjacent structures or properties. (Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015. 5) <br /> (2) One parking space is required for each site. In <br /> addition, one accessible space shall be provided for each <br /> building. (Development Title Section 9-1015. 3) <br /> (3) Conveniently located parking bays for additional car <br /> parking shall be provided within three hundred (300) feet <br /> of any recreational vehicle space. <br /> i. BOAT STORAGE: Boat storage areas shall be surfaced with a <br /> minimum of 4 inches of road base or gravel. Major circulation <br /> lanes within the boat storage areas shall be surfaced with a <br /> chip seal. <br /> j . OPEN SPACE: Open space shall be provided as follows: <br /> (1) Required recreational open space areas shall contain a <br /> minimum of five thousand (5, 000) square feet, with an <br /> additional one hundred (100) square feet for each <br /> recreational vehicle site in excess of fifty (50) . No <br /> more than thirty (30) percent of said areas shall be <br /> paved. <br /> (2) Recreation and open space areas shall be centrally <br /> located, free of traffic hazards, accessible to all <br /> park residents, and available on a year round <br /> basis. <br />
