Development Committee -3- <br /> d. STORM DRAINAGE: Terminal drainage is required; or any <br /> additional stormwater drainage created by new improvements <br /> shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern and <br /> corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the <br /> Site Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered <br /> civil engineer or architect shall be included. <br /> e. SITE SPECIFICATIONS: Recreational vehicle sites shall conform <br /> to the following: <br /> (1) Up to thirty percent of individual sites may contain a <br /> minimum of one thousand square feet, provided that <br /> average of all recreational vehicle sites in the park is <br /> at least one thousand five hundred (1, 00) square feet. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1040. 3 [a] [2] ) <br /> (2) Recreational vehicle sites and off-street parking spaces, <br /> shall not be located within the setback areas required <br /> for main buildings in the zone in which the recreational <br /> vehicle park is located. <br /> (3) All sites shall provide full power, water, and sewage <br /> hookup facilities. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1040 . . 3 [2] <br /> (4) No less than twenty percent of all spaces provided for <br /> recreational vehicles shall be "pull-through" spaces <br /> which allow forward entry into and exit from the space. <br /> (5) All individual sites shall be designed to accommodate at <br /> least one (1) automobile in addition to the recreational <br /> vehicle. <br /> f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: <br /> (1) All two way driveways shall have a minimum width of 25 <br /> feet. All one way driveways shall have a minimum width <br /> of 16 feet. <br /> (2) The park shall be served by at least one interior road of <br /> continuous two-way circulation. Two way roads shall be <br /> a minimum of 24 feet wide. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1040 . 4) <br /> (3) The use of nonthrough interior roads shall be minimized. <br /> Such roads shall not exceed six hindered (600) feet in <br /> length and shall end in cul-de-sacs providing fifty (50) <br /> feet in radius for the turnaround of recreational <br /> vehicles. <br />
