An Environmental Questionnaire and
Disclosure Statement was completed by Dr.Frank Portale of Brovelli Woods,LLC,the current owner
of the subject property,on August 30,2005. A copy of his responses has been included in this report
as Appendix E.
,eAn his responses to the questionnaire, Dr. Portale indicated that Brovelli Woods LLC purchased the
property in 1995 from Dave Fisher and Bart Robertson, who had owned the property nine years. He
stated that the property is currently a vineyard, but it was used in the past as grazing land.
A/Dr. Portale indicated thfour s ale-family homes built in 2001 are present on the property. These
homes utilize an on-site nd septic system. Dr. Portale was not aware of any tanks, chemical
storage, chemical spills,or previous structures on the property. He indicated that Mr.Rob Kammerer,
the farm manager, may have applied agricultural chemicals to the property.
David Fisher of Brovelli Woods LLC was interviewed as part of the 1999 Surface and Subsurface
Contamination Report completed by NOA a At this time,Mr. Fisher indicated that to the best of his
knowledge the subject property was used in the past as cattle grazing land, and the Tracy Lake bed has
been periodically drained and planted in sudan grass. Mr.Fisher knew of no underground storage tanks,
above-ground storage tanks,hazardous materials storage,generation or disposal,or hazardous materials
spills on the property during his ownership. He stated that a gas well was
drilled on the subject property in 1986 shortly before he purchased the land;no gas was found, and the
well was abandoned. Mr. Fisher could not remember the exact location of the well and did not recall
having seen any gravel or other remnants of its construction on the property. He speculated that the
well is most likely under the current vineyard.
Rob Kammerer, the farmer of the subject property, was interviewed by telephone on October 3,2005.
Mr. Kammerer indicated that there are no chemical mixing or storage areas on the property.
4NOA Environmental,1999,Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report,Brovelli Woods Vineyards,2250 West
Forest Lake Road.
4 "'04
