October 6, 2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05115A <br /> This report was prepared for the exclusive use of Brovelli Woods LLC and the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD). NOA specifically disclaims any responsibility for any <br /> unauthorized use of this report. <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> /1-1Description of Site <br /> The subject property is located approximately 1.5 miles west of Lower Sacramento Road between Forest <br /> Lake Road and Jahant Road in Acampo, California. The property consists of a single, irregularly- <br /> shaped, 121.43-acre parcel (APN 003-100-25) which follows the contours of Tracy Lake and Jahant <br /> Slough. Wild Hare Lane leads down from Forest Lake Road to a residence located at the western end <br /> of the property; the remainder of the property consists of Tracy Lake,Jahant Slough, open land, and <br /> / two patches of vineyard. <br /> J According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site,' the subject <br /> property is zoned AG-40, general agriculture with a minimum parcel size of 40 acres. This zoning <br /> designation"is established to preserve agricultural lands for the continuation of commercial agricultural <br /> enterprises." <br /> Location maps of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A. Photographs of the <br /> subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> A tentative parcel map showing the proposed parcel division was provided to NOA by Kjeldsen, <br /> Sinnock&Neudeck Engineers. According to this map, the subject property will be divided into two <br /> approximately 40-acre parcels and one approximately 40-acre designated remainder;the parcel division <br /> is depicted on the site map in Appendix A. Dave Fisher of Brovelli Woods LLC,owner of the subject <br /> property,was interviewed by telephone on October 5,2005.
