Immediately <br /> locate copies of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the <br /> EHD. This is a Class II violation. <br /> 304 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain adequate aisle space for unobstructed response to emergencies. <br /> Three 55-gallon metal containers were observed inside a hazardous waste storage area located north of the <br /> convenience store. Access to one of these containers was obstructed by one of the aforementioned metal containers <br /> storing commingled fuel filters. Adequate aisle space shall be maintained to allow the unobstructed movement of <br /> personnel, fire protection, spill control equipment, and decontamination equipment to all areas of facility operation in an <br /> emergency. Immediately maintain aisle space to allow the unobstructed movement of personnel, fire protection, spill <br /> control equipment, and decontamination equipment to any area of facility operation in an emergency.
