Other improvements will include a 9,200 SF play <br /> area and basketball court, landscaping, driveways, and parking stalls. <br /> 1.1.3 Site Vicinity <br /> Properties to the adjoining north consist of four residential properties (4418, 4508, 4540 E. <br /> Gnekow Drive, and 8338 N. Highway 99 E. Frontage Road). The adjoining eastern properties <br /> consist of vacant land (4633 E. Foppiano Lane) followed by the Shiva Vishnu Hindu Temple of <br /> Stockton (4715 E. Foppiano Lane). Foppiano Lane abuts the site to the south followed by an <br /> orchard (8150 N. Highway 99 E. Frontage Road). The Highway 99 E. Frontage Road abuts the <br /> site to the west followed by Highway 99.
