Security and Odor Control: <br /> Odor Control:TSUF shall implement odor control measures including the utilization of commercial HVAC <br /> systems and industrial carbon filtration systems to ensure that the odor of cannabis is not detectable outside of the <br /> facility structures.(See attached Air Quality/Odor Control Plan) <br /> Security:TSUF shall also improve the subject parcel with a seven-ft.perimeter fence and sliding gate for access in <br /> order to enhance on-site security. <br /> TSUF shall also provide at least(1)security guard to monitor the site and deter any criminal activity in and around <br /> the neighborhood during hours of operation. <br /> All product and currency transfers,where applicable,will take place within a secure'Value Transfer Area'located <br /> within the enclosed facility distribution structures,with management to monitor and ensure the safety of all <br /> personnel and persons within the vicinity at all times during such transactions. <br /> Additionally,the site security infrastructure shall include a burglar alarm,and surveillance camera system to be <br /> monitored by TSUF management 24 hours a day. <br /> Number of Employees:4(Min/Shift)-15(Maximum/Shift)[Combined Activities] <br /> Product TransportlDeliveries:TSUF anticipates product transports 1-2 times per week.All transfers of <br /> product from the facility to any off-site location shall originate within the secure Value Transfer Area <br /> within the facility distribution structure.Further,upon arrival of a delivery of product to the Distribution <br /> premises,following admittance to the interior of the site perimeter,the transport vehicle will be escorted <br /> into the Secure Value Transfer Area once the facility gate is closed and locked.The physical transfer of <br /> product shall always take place within the facility structure and out of public view. <br /> VendorsltCustomers:TSUF will not require the admittance of vendors or customers on site,other than Lab <br /> Testing facilities who are contracted to take product samples for compliance with quality control <br /> regulations,and limited transactions involving third-party distributors picking up finished product from the <br /> Distribution Premises.This may take place once per week.During an extraction of a lab testing sample,the <br /> lab testing contractor will typically dispatch 1-2 technicians to the facility.This may take place 1-2 times <br /> per week. <br /> Hours of Operation:The hours of operation at the facility shall be from 4:30 am to 6:00 pm. <br /> Location of Activities:Distribution Activities will take place wholly within the'Distribution Building'. <br /> Cultivation activities currently take place in Greenhouse Block(s)[14]. <br /> Project Phasing: <br /> Phase 1: Greenhouse Block 1&Distribution Structure <br /> (Improvements can be completed with operational facilities within tki o(2)months of <br /> final approval by San Joaquin County)-Est.(Jan 2020) <br /> Phase 2: Greenhouse Block 2 <br /> (Estimated completion of Improvements by June 2020) <br /> Phase 3:Greenhouse Block 3 <br /> (Estimated Completion of Improvements by September 2020) <br /> Phase 4:Greenhouse Block 4 <br /> (Estimated Completion of Improvements by September 2020) <br /> Buffer and Setback Guidelines - Statement of Compliance: <br /> TSUF will abide by all setback and buffer guidelines as determined by local and state <br /> regulations. <br /> Top Shelf Urban Farms 2 <br />
