As part of the land use application process, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department may recommend that certain actions be taken in response to conditions identified. Additionally, any conditions out of compliance with local, State, or Federal regulations should be brought into compliance; it is outside the scope of work of the Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report to identify these conditions. 10.0 CONCLUSIONS This SSCR was prepared for the subject Site, 19950 and 19701 North Disch Road, Lockeford, California, to identify evidence of any on- or off-site, current or past, sources of contamination. Several potential sources of contamination, most typical of similar properties in the area, have been identified and discussed in Section 8.0. The San Joaquin County Environmental Heath Department will review this report and notify the property owner if that agency recommends any actions to be taken prior to parcel division. 11.0 LIMITATIONS This SSCR has been prepared for the exclusive purpose of processing of a land use application through the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. It is authorized for use only by the client, the property owner, and the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department, and for a maximum time period of six months from its date of completion. The standard of care employed is typical for this type of report. Live Oak does not represent that all existing or potential contamination has been identified, although an attempt has been made to identify typical contamination sources. The SSCR is a document specific to the San Joaquin County Development Title, §9-905.12; it is not equivalent to a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), does not comply with ASTM E 1527, cannot be used to provide Landowner Liability Protections under CERCLA, and does not claim to identify "recognized environmental conditions." Any interested parties are advised to obtain a Phase I ESA before making decisions related to the presence or absence of recognized environmental conditions on the Site.
