This property may beannexed into CSA 43toobtain water and <br /> streetlight services for the proposed deve|opmont, subject to the following requirements: <br /> 1. Applicant shall satisfy each of the applicable requirements to annex the property into CSA 43: <br /> a. Fill out and return to this Department the enclosed San Joaquin Local Agency Formation <br /> Commission /LAFCo\ application. <br /> b. Submit tothis Department the LAFCoapplication fee. The current fee io $5.722 (make <br /> check payable to LAFCo); refer to www.sjgov.org/lafco/for up-to-date fee information. <br /> o. Submit to this Department a boundary map and legal description of the property <br /> proposed for annexation, prepared by u licensed land surveyor or engineer. <br /> 6 Submit to this Department the County Surveyor map and legal description review fee. <br /> The current fee is $700 (make check payable to San Joaquin County Treasurer); refer to <br /> www.sjgov.org/lafco/for up-to-date fee information. <br /> e. Submit to this Department the most current grant deed of the subject property containing <br /> the titleholder name and description ofproperty. <br /> [ Submit to this Department the annexation processing deposit in the amount of$2,000.00 <br /> (make check payable to San Joaquin County Treasurer); the final fee for annexation <br /> processing will be based on actual costs and shall be reconciled otthe completion of <br /> annexation. <br /> g. Fill out and return tothis Department the enclosed water service application. <br /> 2. Following approval of the annexation by LAFCo, the applicant shall satisfy each of the <br /> applicable requirements to obtain water service: <br /> o. Submit to this Department the CSA 43 buy-in fee of$22,115 (make check payable to <br /> San Joaquin County Treasurer). Applicant may be subject to additional buy-in hyeo <br /> should the proposed development and/or use code charge. <br /> b. Water service oonnection, including water meter and appurtenances, shall conform to <br /> County Improvement Standards and County Development Title. An improvement plan of <br /> the proposed installation shall be submitted tothis Department for review and approval. <br /> u.
