Pay for the cost of all water-related infrastructure including but not limited to extension, <br /> connection, placement, water meters, pressure booster, or back flow prevention device <br /> of new facilities. <br /> e. Notify the County Utility Maintenance Division (Maintenance) at (209)468-3090 prior to <br /> any connection to existing water conveyance system and for inspection prior to <br /> backfilling any trenches/connections. Any water service installation work shall not <br /> interrupt existing water conveyance system. <br /> f. Obtain a Plumbing Permit from the County Community Development Department <br /> Building Division at (209) 468-2098. <br /> g. Obtain a permit from the County Environmental Health Division at (209) 468-3420 if an <br /> existing well is to be destroyed. The destruction of the well shall be completed within 30 <br /> days of water hook-up to existing water conveyance system. <br /> h. Install an approved reduced pressure backflow prevention device if a well is to remain on <br /> the subject property. The device shall be tested by a licensed tester prior to final <br /> inspection and every year thereafter at the property owner's expense. A copy of the test <br /> results shall be submitted to Maintenance. <br /> 3. Applicant shall be responsible to make the following on-going payments: <br /> a. Pay the normal and customary service charges as adopted each fiscal year by the <br /> County, including partial year advance deposits for periods of occupancy prior to <br /> placement on the property tax rolls. <br /> b. Pay a periodically billed water rate based on a fixed rate meter charge plus metered rate <br /> times the water usage. <br /> c. Pay an annual service charge with their property taxes for street lighting services. <br /> This will-serve shall expire 42 months from the date of this letter.
