Demolish all single family dwelling(s) and all other structures on property. <br />2. Clear premise of all demolition materials, junk, vehicles, refuse, debris and other solid waste. <br />3. Destroy all septic systems and water wells if existing. <br />This letter was sent to you by U.S. mail, return receipt requested. Failure to complete and return <br />the enclosed authorization form within ten (10) days of receipt of this letter, as shown by the U.S. <br />Postal Service receipt, will result in EHD seeking a warrant from the court authorizing entry onto <br />the property to inspect and, if necessary, to carry out the authorized abatement of a public <br />nuisance. The warrant may authorize forcible entry onto the property if consent to enter is <br />refused. Should you sign the enclosed authorization, it must be received by EHD within ten (10) <br />days of your receipt of this letter.
