Mr. Infurna will attend the next sampling event and inspect the status of the <br /> SVE system. You are directed to contact him with no less than 48-working hours <br /> notice for this mandatory inspection. <br /> Failure to comply with directives issued by EHD will jeopardize your ability to remain <br /> eligible to receive reimbursement from the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> (SWRCB) Clean Up Fund (CUF) and may subject you to formal enforcement actions. <br /> In addition, the CUF may no longer exist after December 31, 2010.
