Also enclosed is a check for$310 to:cover the processing fee. <br /> It is my understanding from Jason Ender that you have a copy of our May 5, 1999 Work <br /> Plan, which describes the intended work and shows the locations of the proposed wells. I <br /> have spoken today with Robert Vickery of V&W Drilling, and he assures me that he has. <br /> forwarded under separate cover a copy of his insurance certificate, naming the City as an <br /> additional insured.
