Main St. <br /> Stockton, CA., 95202 <br /> During a recent field inspection, San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (PH <br /> S EHD) discovered an illegally abandoned <br /> underground storage tank (UST) in the southern sidewalk of Main Street at the northern <br /> property line of the above referenced site. <br /> This UST is in violation of the requirements of the California UST Regulations and <br /> cannot remain in the ground unmonitored and without a permit to operate from PHS- <br /> EHD. <br /> You are hereby directed to bring this UST into compliance or submit a closure <br /> plan, complete with all current and back fees, to PHS-EHD by December 1, 1998. <br /> You may contact Leticia Briggs, Senior REHS, at (209) 468-3468 to schedule a <br /> compliance inspection or to verify the current and back fees that are now due. You may <br /> also obtain a UST closure application from Ms. Briggs. <br /> In order to remain eligible to receive reimbursement from the State Water Resource <br /> r Control Board (SWRCB), Clean Up Fund (CUF), you are required to be in compliance <br /> with directives issued by PHS-EHD.
