Andrew Hyduke, <br /> is still having serious health problems which further complicates matters. <br /> Mr. Hyduke and/or Valley Motors, Inc., to the best of their knowledge, has never <br /> used a stoddard solvent which raises the question that the paint company, Downing North, <br /> located across the street from Valley Motors may be the source of the stoddard solvents <br /> found in the previous investigation of 800 East Main Street. The proposed boring locations <br /> discussed below are intended to discover the true source of the Stoddard solvent. <br /> i <br />
