i
IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE
The schedule proposed in the plan is as follows:
i
Completion of testing phase: within one month of approval by EHD to proceed
Water discharge to sanitary sewer: within one month after acceptance by the City
of Stockton Sanitation Department ,
Completion of report: within one month after discharge
The work plan was approved by EHD on March 29. Upgradient Environmental
plans to conduct the test in May, and is in the process of mobilizing the necessary storage
tank and other equipment. The report should be completed near the end of the second
quarter or early in the third quarter.
GROUNDWATER MONITORING
In correspondence dated March 9, 2009, EHD instructed Valley Motors to reduce
the groundwater monitoring schedule in 2009. Monitoring wells VM-2,VM-4, and VM-6
are to be sampled twice yearly, in the first and third calendar quarters. The other wells
are to be sampled annually in the first quarter. Monitoring is to be done early enough in
the quarter so that the resulting Quarterly Report can be uploaded to the State Geotracker
computer program by the 15h of the month in the succeeding quarter.
On March 18,2009,EHD notified Upgradient Environmental that the revised
monitoring schedule will take effect in the third quarter of 2009. Therefore, the next
quarterly report will be completed by October 15,2009 and-will discuss the results of the
September 2009 sampling event.
Sincerely,
Victor B. Cherven, Ph. D.
J
Principal
Cc: Tom O'Neill
i
