And in a letter dated 5 August 2011, the <br /> SJCEHD set the following deadlines for: <br /> • Installation of one groundwater extraction well by 31 August 2011, <br /> • Completion of a short term groundwater extraction (GWE) pilot test (pump test) with <br /> Installation of temporary piping by 16 September 2011, <br /> • Completion of a 24-30 hour GWE pump test and analyses of an influent water sample <br /> by 7 October 2011, <br /> • The analyses of the effluent water sample of the existing groundwater treatment system <br /> for system effectiveness and Disposal of treated groundwater to the City of Stockton <br /> sewer system under the-City permit by-20 October 2011, and <br /> • Submittal of a GWE Pilot Study Report and Feasibility Study by 18 November 2011. <br /> To date only the extraction well installation has been completed. Groundwater monitored did <br /> not occur during the second half of 2011. <br /> SJCEHD records show two 5,000-gallon underground storage tanks (USTs) were removed <br /> from the concrete sidewalk adjacent to the site on East Main Street on October 1990. Soil <br /> vapor extraction was conducted from 2006 through 2007. The last groundwater monitoring <br /> event occurred on 14 June 2011. Maximum groundwater concentrations in June 2011 were <br /> TPHg, 12,600 micrograms per Liter (ug/L); benzene, 321 ug/L; toluene, 575 ug/L; <br /> California Environmental Protection Agency <br /> p1a Recycled Paper <br />
