Any missed dates that are not previously approved by the EHD will result in <br /> the site being referred to the Central Valley Regional Water QualityControl Board (CVRWQCB) <br /> for oversight. <br /> Many of the electronic submittal information (ESI) documents have been submitted to <br /> Geotracker as directed by the EHD in previous correspondences (May 27, 2010 and April 21, <br /> 2011) and many are still missing. Please continue to submit the missing ESI documents or <br /> provide a written explanation why the missing documents are not on Geotracker as required by <br /> regulations.
