March 18, 1999 <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER E99047 <br /> According to officials at the Woodbridge Fire Department,they have no records of any underground <br /> storage tanks, environmental enforcement actions, or hazardous materials releases at the subject <br /> property. <br /> 4. San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner's Office was contacted in writing and by <br /> telephone in an effort to obtain information relative to the types of agricultural chemicals that have <br /> been used on the subject property. <br /> The Agricultural Commissioner's Office maintains records back to 1994 for agricultural chemicals <br /> that have been permitted for use on properties. According to Ms. Judy Gaaut at the San Joaquin <br /> County Agricultural Commissioner's Office, they have no records of agricultural chemical use on <br /> the subject property. <br /> The subject property is currently being used as cattle grazing land and to grow wine grapes. The <br /> subject property has been used in the past to grow sudan grass in the dry lake beds. Grazing land <br /> does not typically require agricultural chemical use. According to Mr. Dan Gesing,Inspector at the <br /> Agricultural Commissioner's Office, agricultural chemicals are not typically used on sudan grass. <br /> Mr. Rob Kammerer,the tenant farmer under a lease agreement with Mr. Fisher, indicated that he has <br /> applied sulphur and Roundup on the subject property. <br /> Mr. Geising at the Agricultural Commissioner's Office indicated that the agricultural chemicals that <br /> are typically used on vineyards include: Sulphur, Roundup, Gramoxone, Diazinon, Dibrom, and <br /> nitrogen based fertilizers. <br /> 5. San Joaquin County Building Department <br /> The San Joaquin County Building Department was contacted in an effort to determine if they have <br /> any records relative to the mobile home that is currently located on the subject property, or if they <br /> have any records relative to past development of the subject property. <br /> The San Joaquin County Building Department does not have any records on file for the subject <br /> property relative to the mobile home. <br /> 6. Air Quality <br /> The San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District(APCD) was contacted in an effort <br /> to obtain information as to whether any agricultural burn permits have been issued for the subject <br /> property. According to APCD officials, they have no records of any agricultural burn permits for <br /> the subject property. <br /> 7 <br />
