"RrovalIi " 1 Sec. 9 T. 4N R. 6E <br /> Field --- County San Joaquin <br /> FRESH WATER PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ABOVE WELL ARE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Fresh waters are to be protected by cement behind the 5-1/2" casing. Sufficient <br /> cement shall be used to fill to at least 100 feet above the base of the fresh water <br /> deposits , which is estimated to be at 1900, To insure the above, one of the <br /> following operations shall be performed: <br /> a. The 5-1/2" casing shall be cemented through the shoe with 125 percent of <br /> the volume of cement calculated to fill the casing/hole annulus from the <br /> shoe to 100 feet above the base of the fresh water deposits. <br /> b. The 5-1/2"casing shall be cemented through ports, set between 50 feet and <br /> 100 feet below the base of the fresh writer deposits, with sufficient cement <br /> to fill 300 feet of the casing/hole annulus. <br /> C. A cement bond, temperature survey, or other survey shall be run to determine <br /> that the cement in the annulus is 100 feet above the base of the fresh water <br /> deposits. <br /> If either item "a" or "b" is not performed, or if a survey in item "c" indicates <br /> an unsatisfactory cement lift, the well casing shall be recemented to comply <br /> with the above requirements. <br />
