Water was also encountered in
excavating Soil Profile Test Hole, SP3, on Parcel No. 3 at 19.6 feet below the ground
surface. See the attached"Field Percolation Data Sheet", `Brovelli Woods Vineyards
Tracy Lake Overall Site Exhibit", "Parcel Map", as well as the text of this report for the
specific soil layer and character and test hole location details.
WELL WATER ANALYSIS: No well water testing for Dibromochloropropane(DBCP)
or Nitrates (NO3)was performed as an integral part of this study and report. The property
owner is making his own arrangements for any needed well water testing and will
provide the results of his testing in a separate report.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Engineer designed septic systems are recommended for both
Parcel Nos. 1 and 3 of the Brovelli Woods Vineyards Tracy Lake Subdivision. Due to the
close proximity of groundwater to the ground surface and the subject property being
situate in a 100-Yar Food Plain area,a mound septic system design could be considered
but any imported or borrow material would have to be a well draining soil.
