Stds.* 3 PD3 30 12,000 + Pits Stds* = Standards RECOMMENDATIONS: Even though the deep percolation rate determinations of 20 and 30 minutes per inch for Parcel Nos. I and 3 allow the installation of pit septic systems, the depths of water encountered below the ground surface on Parcel Nos. 1 and 3 at 18.4 and 19.6 feet, respectively, do not permit pit system installation. Pit installations require the water depth to be at least ten(10) feet below the bottom of a 25-foot deep pit and the depths of water encountered on both Parcel Nos. 1 and 3 do not provide this 10-foot clearance. Since Parcel Nos. 1 and 3 are located in a 100-Year Flood Plain, a mound septic system could be a possibility but special attention would be needed to establish the elevationfhe mound would have to be constructed to. Also any borrow or imported material to be used to construct the mound would have to be tested and conform to San Joaquin County permeability standards and specifications. Due to the ground water elevations encountered and the special considerations required by other septic systems only engineer designed septic systems are recommended for both Parcel Nos. 1 and 3 of the BrOvelh Woods tneyar s racy Lake Subdivision. WELL WATER ANALYSIS: No well water testing for Dibromochloropropane(DBCP) or Nitrates (NO3) was performed as an integral part of this study and report.
