Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Submit a site plant or map plan to the Environmental Health Division showing sewage <br /> and well inliirmation(including well location adjacent to shop)that clearly delineates the <br /> proposed locations as required by ordinance requirements.(San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title,Section 9-1110.4). <br /> B. A soil suitability study,as required by Section 9-1105.2(d)of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title,indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map/or issuance of a building permit. A review <br /> fee of$156.00 is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disJx)sal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meet,absorption rates of the <br /> manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A.Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment <br /> and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per percolation <br /> hole is required. <br /> (ORD/EFID) <br /> NOTE: A Surface and Subsurface Report prepared by Dillion and Murphy,dated March 9, <br /> 1999,has been submitted to this department- A revised report shall be submitted to this <br /> department alter a state certified laboratory obtains water samples from the onsite wells. <br /> and analyses them for all insecticides,pesticides,fertilisers,and DRCP that has been <br /> applied to the land or stored onsite.
