Should the number of non-resident <br /> individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed lour,a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by the <br /> Environmental health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title 22, Section 9- <br /> 1120.2 and 9-1115.9). <br /> l'hc supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to <br /> a.ssure delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and—91115.9 and C.C.R., Title <br /> 22, and Health and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> E. install an approved back-flow prevention device on the water supply system(s)including <br /> the hose connected to the hydropneumatic tank;California Code of Regulation, Title 17, <br /> Section 7603- <br /> F. <br /> 603_F. Waste oil is stored on site in an above ground storage tank. The applicant must obtain an <br /> LPA identification number and comply with applicable portions of the California Health <br /> and Safety Code, and Title 22 ol'the California Code of Regulation. (C.C.R.), Sections <br /> 66262.34 (labeling of hazardous waste)and 66265.173(x) (keeping containers of <br /> ha7ardous waste closed...). <br /> G. Hazardous chemicals are stored on site, including petroleum. The applicant must register <br /> with County Oft-lee of Fmcrgency Services and comply with the applicable requirements <br /> of the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act, stated in the California Health and Safety <br /> Code. Contact the State Water Resources Control Board, Central Valley Region 5,at <br /> (916) 255-3000 for Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act requirements. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br />
