The study is .a component of the Conditions of Approval for the minor <br /> subdivision required under the San Joaquin County Development Title Chapter 9-1105, <br /> Section 9-1105.2. This report has been formatted to be consistent with the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD) Soil Suitability Study Checklist to aid SJCEHD's <br /> review of the information. <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 1.1 Site Description <br /> Address: 24832 South Lammers Road, Tracy, CA 95377- <br /> APN: <br /> 5377 APN: 240-040-02 V <br /> Size: Approximately 151.27 acres l <br /> Topography: Gentle northeast slope; elevations=approximately 85 to 55 feet above msl <br /> Structures: One sidence midway along Lammers Road (Parcel's western edge) <br /> Wells: O y one do estic-use well on east side of residence. No agricultural wells. <br /> Other: n distribution boxes at southwest corner with irrigation lateral along <br /> southern edge for flood irrigation. Tail water runs eastward along Property's <br /> northern edge. No ponds, natural streams or waterways.
