Woodbridge Road,Acampo <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> "A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study <br /> incorporating proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic <br /> usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permit(s). (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and a <br /> review fee of$475.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health <br /> p <br /> Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> The existing private water <br /> s shall be tested for the <br /> DBCP) and nitrates prior o ischemical <br /> issuance of building permit(s). Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.7). <br /> State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage <br /> disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field <br /> area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any <br /> underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition,the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100%designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br />
