D. The Environmental Health Department(EHD) shall not support the use of the existing <br /> agricultural well for domestic purposes. Construct water well under permit and inspection of <br /> the Environmental Health Department prior to occupancy. Should the number of non- <br /> resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service <br /> connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required by <br /> the Environmental Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial,managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br /> E. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s)under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F. If a food facility is proposed and food is to be served to the public,the following condition <br /> shall apply: <br /> a. Submit three (3) sets of food facility-construction-plans to the Environmental Health <br /> Department for review and approval prior to the beginning construction. An annual food <br /> facility permit shall be required by the Environmental Health Department to operate the <br /> facility (California Health& Safety Code 27550 & 113785). <br />
