e <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane(DBCP)and <br /> nitrates priorto issuance of building permits. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State <br /> approved laboratory. (Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> c. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage disposal <br /> system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so that it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field <br /> area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1110.4[c][5]). In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the <br /> 100 percent designed sewage disposal replacement area. <br /> d. Environmental Health shall not support the use of the existing agricultural well for domestic <br /> purposes. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of Environmental Health prior to <br /> occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed four, a yearly permit to <br /> operate a public water system will be required by Environmental Health Department. <br /> (Development Title Sections 1120.2 and 9-1115.9) <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to ensure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with Development Title <br /> Section 9-1115.9, CCR Title 22, and Health and Safety Code Sections 116525 through 116570. <br /> e. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by <br /> Environmental Health is required at the time of development based on the soil suitability/nitrate <br /> loading study findings. If a food facility is proposed and food is to be served to the public, the following condition shall <br /> apply: <br /> (1) Submit three sets of food facility construction plans to Environmental Health for review and <br /> approvaF•prior to the beginning of construction.
