The proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Master Plan, Specific <br /> Plan, and Special Purpose Plan, and any other applicable plan adopted by the County. <br /> • This finding can be made because the proposed subdivision is consistent with the <br /> Residential Development Objectives and Principles of the General Plan. Such <br /> subdivisions may be conditionally permitted by the County's Development Title. <br /> 2. The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan and any <br /> applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan. <br /> • This finding can be made because the number and size of the lots proposed are allowed <br /> under the General Plan and Rural Residential zoning designation. <br /> 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed. <br /> • This finding can be made because the site is relatively level and of adequate size to <br /> accommodate single-family residential development with private septic tank and drainage <br /> systems. <br /> 4. The site is physically suitable for the proposed density of development. <br /> • This finding can be made because each parcel within the subdivision will meet the area <br /> and width requirements of the R-R zone. <br /> 5. Neither the design of the subdivision nor any proposed improvements are likely to cause substantial <br /> environmental damage or substantially and avoidably injure fish or wildlife or their habitat. <br /> • This finding can be made because an Initial Study prepared for this project found no <br /> significant adverse impacts on the environment or upon threatened or endangered <br /> species. <br /> 6.
