The frontage improvements for future roads along the north frontage of Parcels 1 and 2 and <br /> Designated Remainder, and along the south frontage of Parcels 3 and 4 and Designated _ <br /> Remainder shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of a 50-foot <br /> right-of-way Rural Residential Road. The construction of the frontage improvements will be <br /> deferred, upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a <br /> deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> (A $260.00 fee currently is required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in <br /> addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and an estimate. The estimate shall be prepared by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer with a typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the <br /> Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department of Public Works for approval. <br /> As an option, the Department of Public Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for an <br /> additional fee of$115.00.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.2(d)(3)) <br /> 5. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 6. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a statement on the <br /> Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) <br /> 7. Drainage from each Parcel shall be retained on-site by a retention basin (18-inch maximum <br /> depth) and shall be noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map.
