Our services were initiated based on <br /> your verbal authorization of that date. <br /> This report contains the following information: <br /> 1. Plot plan showing the approximate locations of test borings <br /> drilled for this investigation. , <br /> 2. Logs of Test Borings. <br /> 3. Results of laboratory tests. <br /> 4. Recommendations for foundations, including recommended maximum <br /> allowable soil-bearing pressures and lateral-earth pressures. <br /> 5. Recommendations for support of slab-on-grade floors. <br /> 6. Recommendations for site preparation and grading. <br /> SITE CONDITIONS <br /> At the time of our field explorations, the gently rolling site contained dry grass <br /> and weeds. A natural drainage draw runs south to north across the center portion of <br /> the site. The maximum elevation change across the site is approximately 8 feet. The <br /> locations of any underground utilities at the site are not known to our firm at this <br /> time. <br /> FIELD EXPLORATIONS <br /> The field explorations for this investigation were performed on June 10, 1987, and <br /> consisted of drilling four test borings to depths of approximately 10 to 15 feet below <br /> existing ground surface. The test borings were drilled with a truck-mounted drill rig <br /> using 6-inch diameter continuous-flight auger. Continuous logs of the soils encountered <br /> in the test borings were maintained by a representative from our firm who assisted in <br />
